Mr. Alaa ElHoushy is a Senior Legal Consultant, Founder of Alaa ElHoushy Legal Consultancy, and Head of Litigation at Amal Khamis Advocates and Legal Consultants. He has been active in the legal field since 2006, with extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of legal disputes in the UAE.
Mr. ElHoushy holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law from Alexandria University, Cairo, Egypt. His professional experience covers different areas of UAE law, with particular experience in criminal and family disputes, where matters often require careful review of the facts, documents and personal circumstances involved.
Throughout his career, Mr. ElHoushy has provided legal consultation on numerous disputes involving individuals and businesses. His experience includes criminal matters, family and divorce disputes, civil and commercial disputes, property matters, employment issues, contractual disputes and other complex legal matters.
His approach focuses on understanding the full circumstances of each matter before providing advice. He also serves as Head of Litigation at Amal Khamis Advocates and Legal Consultants, where he contributes to the management of litigation matters and coordinates with the legal team.
